Final Approval and Sign-Off
Once images have been reviewed and formally signed off upon by the client, no refunds will be issued. By providing written or electronic approval of the final images, you acknowledge that:

You have thoroughly reviewed all delivered images

The images meet the agreed-upon specifications and requirements

You are satisfied with the quality and content of the work

The project is considered complete and accepted

What Constitutes Sign-Off
Sign-off occurs when you:

Provide written confirmation of approval (email, signed document, etc.)

Download or take possession of the final images

Use the images for their intended purpose

Make final payment after image delivery

Pre-Approval Process
To ensure your satisfaction, we encourage you to:

Review all draft images carefully during the revision process

Request any necessary changes before final delivery

Exceptions
This policy applies to all image services. Refunds may only be considered in cases of:

Technical defects that render images unusable

Failure to deliver images as contractually specified
