High-resolution images preferred (minimum 1080p)
Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG files
Images must be legally owned or licensed by the client
Maximum file size: 50MB per image
Turnaround Time:
Standard processing: 4 photos per hour during business hours
Rush orders available for additional fee (50% surcharge)
Delivery within 24-48 hours for standard orders
Client Responsibilities:
Provide clear enhancement instructions and reference examples
Supply all source images in acceptable formats
Respond to revision requests within 5 business days
Approve final images within 7 days of delivery
Deliverables:
Enhanced images in requested format (JPEG, PNG)
Original resolution maintained unless otherwise specified
Files delivered via secure cloud sharing platform
